Evenflo High Chair Recall!

Evenflo is recalling 35,000 high chairs sold at Babies R Us, almart and Wayfair.com from December 2011- present. They were around $40 and made in China. These are the high back high chairs with model numbers (can be located on lower portion of back leg):

• Dottie Lime – 29111259
• Dottie Rose – 29111271
• Marianna – 29111234

These can be taken apart into two pieces and become a table and chair for toddlers.

"Evenflo is voluntarily recalling the high chairs following several reports of injuries as a result of a manufacturer’s defect. The unexpected detachment of the activity tray on the high chair resulted in 18 reported falls, including eight reports of children sustaining bumps and bruises. The children who fell were not restrained in their chairs and thus not protected from tumbling out when the trays suddenly came off."
