A lot of people complain about filling out the long forms with the basic information. A lot of the sample requests go fast, so people have to either have speedy typing fingers or magic abilities to submit forms in time. Well there's a simple solution to filling out the forms.
Use an Autofill addon!
Google Chrome comes built in with one, which is extremely convenient.
Firefox has one for download here.
I suggest using Chrome as a lot of the pages have errors on Firefox and Internet Explorer, plus it's less to download for the Autofill.
Make sure you clear your cookies weekly, and if you're having issues requesting some samples, try deleting your browser history too and restarting your browser, or try another browser! A lot of samples and such are also not available on mobile. If you can, switch the site off the mobile view and onto the full site view on your phone to help out.
Now to help reduce the amount of spam email and telemarketer calls.
As a lot of you know, when filling out forms it asks for your email and phone number. After submitting your info, you'll start receiving a massive amount of spam emails and telemarketer calls. It gets ridiculous!
There's another simple solution to these problems!
Use a fake phone number, or as I do I use 5132411010 (you can call it, it's a legit number to a recording with Cincinnati weather) or use a landline number that no one uses. You can also sign up for a Google number and use it for that. It's free!
You need to sign up for the National Do Not Call Registry with all your numbers as well! This will reduce telemarketers and put you on a do not call list!
Use an alternate email. NEVER EVER EVER USE YOUR REAL EMAIL ADDRESS! I made an alternative email (you could use something like MyFreebieEmail@google.com or whatever you make it) and use this one for your requests and such. This saves your real email for personal and business use and whatever else you use it for.
If you have any other problems you'd like answers to, or know of any other tips, please let me know!
Happy Freebieing!
