Aiding Those Affected by Tornadoes

Moscow, Ohio is a very small town with a population around 244 and sits right on the Ohio River with Kentucky in it's backyard. My family happens to be included in that town. My grandmother, my sister, my mother, my aunts and uncles and cousins all live in town. I grew up there, running the small town with no curfew and no boundaries along with many other kids. We didn't know the street names, we would identify where we were compared to who's house we were by. The historical houses were kept in amazing shape by family and friends. Most were part of the underground railroad. The small town was one big family. But on March 2, 2012, Moscow was hit by an EF3 Tornado. It devastated the town, the residents are still in shock, and homes were destroyed. One loss, Carol Forste, who was an amazing woman and a city council member, is definitely going to be missed. 70% of the town is gone, what's left of some buildings and houses are being torn down as they are irreparable. This historic town has been destroyed, many families have been forced to leave town with no house to return to. Many won't rebuild as their houses were historical and the town sits in flood territory, so if they were to rebuild, they would have to not only raise their house but build a tornado shelter as well. Historical houses such as the Spate House cannot be rebuilt. FEMA has denied any assistance for them. Many people have donated tons of items, but a lot of these families did not have insurance, or their insurance won't cover enough. My dear cousin Pam is disabled and stranded in the hospital with no house to go home to. Her parent's are both gone, so she relies on my family for her many needs. She cannot drive, and lives alone. Her roof was ripped from her house as she sat curled up in her closet. Soon after she was rushed to the ER with heart failure. She is still here, but because she couldn't afford insurance, she is struggling to afford to replace personal items let alone her house, which has been in my family for many generations. Many are just like her with no insurance. Many kids lost many items such as toys and clothes and their homes as well.
I've decided to help not only my dear cousin, but any residents I can. I'm running a fundraiser to aid in financial help.
